We want you to be confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions and one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team with your order details.
For subscription refunds, please note that cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. You must explicitly request a refund if eligible.
Refund eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds apply to subscriptions and one-time coin pack purchases.
- Human service orders (beta reading and line editing) are eligible for a refund only if work has not yet begun. If our team has already started reviewing or editing your manuscript, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment method.
